I am missing one of the plastic shims? It is mounted on the outdrive and is about 4" by 2". It looks like it acts as a spacer or guide to drive when it tilts up, then comes down to meet the gimbal. It may ejust be there to stop it from being metal on metal. It is just a piece of black plastic, but one of mine is missing and one is cracked. Drive operates fine without them, but I think I should replace them. Anyone know what I call them so I don't sound like a idiot to the parts store. Thanks
