Andy,
On my waterproof paper chart # 59, it is Ogden Pond which you have on your chart, but on my GPS mapsource it does not show. Cart20 is just a waypoint that I set to see if I could zoom in. I recall passing it often and I believe it is just private moorings for waterfront property.

Seems I need an upgrade, I am on V6.
You will love the ride though quogue, slow but very nice.
As you get closer to the the trip I will fill you in on some of the watch out spots.
Hopefully we can hook up when you are on this side of the pond. WHB is about 2 hours for me, but I need to go on the right tides.

Absolutely do not go through the canal unless it is high tide. Plus check here for the latest update on shifting sandbars. With my three foot draft, I have gone aground several times....in the middle of the channel!
