I need to clean & wax our old 18' bowrider. I'm not a fanatic.....just want a cleaner/wax that goes on & off easy and leaves a decent shine. I'll probably use an electric buffer on most of it so I'm also looking for recommendations on pads too.

I'll second the Buff Magic/Pro Polish ...does a great job!!!

That sounds like more than one step. I'm looking for easy.......real easy.

Then don't wast you time .... there is no easy way ... Buff Magic and Pro Polish is a 2 step process ... not that difficult.

Try GARY'S ROYAL SATIN CREME WAX , easy to apply/remove along with a good shine, but won't last as long as the above combinations.

If the gel coat is in good condition then a compound with wax will work. If it's dull, then there is no easy way around it.

Seapower...It cleans, waxes, and protects in one step. It worked great for me before I started using buff magic and pro polish.

Greg, I think you're right. I remember using that a few years ago..............guess I forgot about it.
