What to use?

I had the bottom soda blasted in the fall. Now I'm wondering what is the easiest product to do the barrier coat with.

I'm North of Boston. I will probably be using one of the Pettit Hydrocoat paints. Any comments on which one. My boat stays in for 3 years at a time.

I think the most commonly applied barrier coat is Interlux's Interprotect 2000E, and I believe 2... or more... coats are highly recommended to build effective thickness under the minimum 2 A/F coats .

As crazy as it sounds, contact Linex, the truck bed liner folks. They were working on a boat barrier coat a while back. I know the roughness is a function of application vs. material.
