I have always uncovered my boat early March but how soon is too soon? There much to be done I want to get an early start but I don't want to make more trouble for myself.
I guess the question is when is a save date to uncover? Please post the date you plan to uncover and we can all compare.

I always try to uncover a week after Hogan does as his uncovering always seems to trigger the final big snow storm of the season.

Mine's uncovered all winter...in a cold storage building :-) I did alot of work before it got cold out, and only need another coat of wax/polish and bellows replacement before launch

Rommer if your going in on the 21 don't you need time the clean and prep? I would think you would be uncovering soon?

Well you said you would help so I figured I'd uncover on the 20th. You should be able to get that stuff done in one day! ;)

As long as I get the bottom painted, change a few zincs and driwash/buff magic the hull I can do the rest of the cleaning in the water...

Rommer my offer stands but I busy that day, LOL. I was thinking in terms of helping pull the cover which always seems you can't have enough help. I'll be next door working on mine.

Keep the dates coming I'd love some more feed back.

For me three week before it goes in. Last year we lanched April 19th. So three weeks prior to that. guess mid March.

Earliest was March 9, 2002 - latest was March 24, 2007

And rommer is right, you can be sure of one last snowstorm after I take the cover off.

I'm willing to help Mike if you need it.

THANK-YOU!!!!

Still to cold for me. I don't even like to go outside below 40.

Well after the day I have had at work today and since they are saying 50 degrees tomorrow I just may say to helllllll with work and spend the day on the boat.
