Teak boarding steps.

Im looking for used teak boarding steps. They are mounted to the inside gunwale of the boat, and are only two steps. The steps themselves are able to be moved from either side of the boat as they lay in place with their brackets.

Anyone have any idea what I am talking about? I cant find them anywhere...

Do you mean these?

Try googling Garelick Cockpit Steps.

BC,
I had this step made a couple of months ago by a wood shop around the corner from me. They are teak. The picture has on old step and the newer step, which was made identical to the old one but a few inches wider.
My problem was, finding the slide in brackets which allow it to mount into the gunnel flush. A 2 step would be similar. Is this what you are after?

Bracket which allows it to slide into place.

That's what I've used on my Phoenix and they held up for ~24 yrs. The support alu metal was finally getting weak so I just replaced it with the identical model, except I happily switched to the one with StarBoard steps so as to avoid the sand-to-wood and apply- many-coats-of-Cetol each year to match the rest of the teak onboard.

The StarBoard looks good ( and not out of place as I feared, since the fiberglass and bolsters are white) and should last "forever" with very little maintenance. I expected it to show dirt too easily but surprisingly it does not.

My new ones are Garelick # 25122.

But sorry, just saw you are looking for used steps. If you find one make sure the thin support angle plate at the side under each step has not begun to split for potentially dangerous breakage.

Yes. All the above is what i am looking for

At this point new or used is fine. Used just gives me something to tinker with to clean up
