Does the trailer have brakes? I'd be concerned about the cars cooling system as well.
Can it be done? I don't know it wouldn't be my choice for towing a boat long distances.

yeah, it's a joke. Most of those small cars have the sheet metal 'unitized frame'. I made a hitch to pull a single axle utility trailer but that was the limit.

How fast will that boat push the car?

Down hill will be great until you have to make a turn or stop. Hopefully that happens very close the water so you can take advantage of the "auto launch".
