Windy enough for ya?

Wow, what a windy weekend. Got up there mid-afternoon Saturday and the wind died down, so we headed to South Croton on Giggity and did some fishing, caught one small one and one crab. Got back just before sunset.

Out to dinner with the B dock crew (and Starry Night) had a good time. The wind started to pick up around 4 AM and really blew all day.

Toughed it out in the rain Saturday for some striper fishing. Water is still too warm (68) for the big run to start.

Managed to troll up a nice 30" striper near the VZ and had no luck in the East River.

Took a nice ride today, suprisingly the river wasn't that rough. I bit of a chop but not bad at all.

Dinner tonight was excellent.

Hoping this colder weather will bring the fish in.
