Winterizing vaccuflush system

This is my first vaccuflush system, and I want to make sure I did it right. The heads draw water from the fresh water tank, so I pumped enough pink into each head to have pure AF coming in. Is that it, or do the pumps need any additional winterizing?

You just have to make sure that you have enough pink down stream of the head.

On my friends boat I pour an extra gallon into each head and flush to be sure. The pink should end up in your holding tank so that's good too.

FYI,
Sealand / Vacuflush owners manuals are available on line. That's how I found about about NOT using alcohol based antifreeze in the head as it will damage the seals. Thought you might want to know... Tim
