would like to know how to wire Mando starter and alternator. The original wire harness to starter has five wires. One is red from battery, one is solid yellow, one is yellow with red stripe, one is black with white stripe, and one is black with a purple stripe, that wire had a 55 amp link attached to it. On the alternator, there is ayellow wire, a red blue stripe wire, black wire, and a purple wire. There are six terminals on back of alternator. They are marked P L2 EXC B S and E. The starter motor has a solinoid on top with 2 large terminals and 2 small terminals. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I made the cardinal mistake of not labelling wires when I pulled them out and when I went to re-wire, my Clymer shop manuel had differeent colors for that model and very weak information. This is a 1999 Regal with a 4.3 2BB.
