Yachtsman's Northern California Chartbook

We had this chartbook at one time, can't find it now. West Marine is out, at least locally and in Alameda.

I guess I should ask if anyone uses a paper chart they like better than this one?

If not, where is a good place to find it? It is $49.95 at our West Marine, or it was a couple of days ago.

I have Raymarine WAAS GPS charts on board and "The Capn" on my laptop, but always like to have a good set of paper charts.

Why not get one direct from the source?

Yachtsman magazine sells them.

West Marine is a waste of time...

I love mine and would use anything else as far as charts go. My main tools are Hal's Delta Map and that chart book. Well, then there is the GPS and my memory......

I much prefer the Yachtsman Chart Book. Large enough to read; water protected paper/ink; easy to handle which underway and easy to stow between uses. And the SF book includes every chart I would ever need for my boating area. So it is perfect for me!
