Yet Another Cruise Ship Causing Illness

Being landlocked up north all winter, cruises are a nice relaxing getaway for us. We always book a balcony room and spend most at sea days reading there while watching and listening to the passing sea.

Good post. My thoughts exactly. Yes, crap does happen on cruise ships, but it is rare considering the hundreds of ships that are on the high seas every day. If others want to live in a bubble, go for it. Not me.

When my late wife was on chemo, I learned from the instructions where all the diseases are according to the experts. Among the instructions included

No buffets

Ground meat: Beef only and well done. No ground poultry

No common ketchup and condiment dispensers at fast food

No fountain soda drinks

No CRUISES

Newsflash: I just returned from 5 days on a Carnival ship, and I'm still alive!

Frankly, I am probably more likely to get sick during one of the dozens of flights I take every year than I am on a ship.
