So this was too good not to FB and this is a reply is from a guy from my childhood 'hood:

Bob Cunningham 'Striker yacht with one of my clients for years. I had the anchor from the movie that Rodney dropped through Ted Knight's launch. It was actually made of Styrofoam. It kicked around in my garage for so many years I threw it out not realizing iconic the movie would become. Bad move.'
