Sometimes my little gemini mind wanders while I'm suppose to be doing other things.. but listen to this. I came up with a great name for a marine parts store. Somewhere to get those pain in the ass parts for replacement when $hit happens. Ready...

My mind is always wandering, from Monday on… where will the next boating destination be…. Been trying the dam WH reservation phone all morning.

Now a real mind wandering experience would be to go to a spot in an Arizona desert and eat one of the peyote buds, sit back and just think…. You may come up with a real good boat store name….

I have been speed redailing over and over and over and..... since 8:45 WTF !! I should be able to get in tonight with 11'6" but others in my group may have an issue.

Update... 10:30 just got through.....booked. Yey !!
 
Sometimes it's taken me an hour or more to get through even when they weren't that busy.

Not specifically, but I did get to pick my own slip and they had quite a few available for my size boat 32’ 11’6”. So far two of my buds with larger boats got slips. One on A and one on D (40 Mainship). The LIYC is having an official group trip posted on the web, but not many boats are going, maybe 7 or 8. I know that at least 5 have 13-14+’ beams. It’s a grey area if I am part of the “Official LIYC trip” When I am away, I am not very official. ;) Plus I was going anyway, while it is not as crazy to get in.
 
I'd be interested to know if the big slips all fill up today. We're supposed to go next weekend but can't get there before Friday. Normally in June I wouldn't think that would be a problem, but I have a feeling it's going to be more busy this year.
