Just splached the "new" boat. Lots of questions. Here's six.
1) The Teleflex port throttle won't stay in position. It keeps dropping down to idle. Does something need tightening or --?
2) I think I should rebed some or all stantions. Anyone done this on a 330?
3) There is a "rubber" molding on the outside of the windshield not on the window but in an aluminium track. Mine is worn and torn. Any thoughts on where to find a replacement?
4)I ran the boat for about an hour and found some water in the center aft bilge. Dry to the right and left, just at the transom below the big zinc and at the through hull. It did not extend forward to the engines or as I said to the sides. I'm guessing that means the water probably did not come from the through hulls for the drive shafts or rudders. Might be the the drain plug or zincs, or -----???
5)On my big old aft cabin I would hook up a hose to a connector on the back of the boat. This gave me city water powered by its own pressure. I never filled the great big tank.
Am I right that to have water on the 330 I must fill the tank and that the pressure is provided by an electric pump (in there somewhere)?
6) There are three batteries. Two are under a seat, one is in the bilge aft to starboard. What service does each provde.
Many thanks for any thoughts you experienced owners can provide.
