Air Show Jones Beach

Rich, I was there again today as well and completely agree. MUCH different and better show. Lots of new things in today's show. One thing after another. Very exciting show. Water was packed today too! I've gone every year and today was by far, the most crowded show ever.

I also really lucked out after the show. Was driving some of my boat guest back home and we took a ride by Republic Airport. Got to watch the Angels take off for their next destination. That was an incredible experience. Everything is done in sync with tremendous professionalism. The air show performance is one thing. Watching them take off for their next location is another special experience. They acknowledge the crowd on the way out, wave from their cockpits and take off four in a row, followed by two and then one. Awesome.

Great boating weekend so far. Great air show stuff.
 
I saw it from the Ocean yesterday. Weather was great and the water was almost flat. My guests and I all enjoyed the show.
 
If any of you ever find yourself in the Pensacola Fl. area the Blues do a practice show every Tue & Wed around 8:30 AM. When I had my boat there my marina was right off the end of the NAS runway ... awesome show every week while having coffee on the flying bridge.
