Thanks Matt. There are people with floating lifts. I think you can do anything as long you don't exceed length or width of slip. But they do have a 1 motorized boat per slip rule, so you can't have a jetski behind your boat, though I have seen others break that rule.
 
I spoke with AYC a little while ago. Seems there prices have gotten a lot more reasonable.

M dock, they have a few slips under 7ft beam that is renting for $1800 for the year. April to April. They are going to call me back with a price to store my trailer for the summer. They said winter is not a problem.

M dock is kinda by the school if I am not mistaken. Ill probably go down there sometime this week and take a look at what the slip is.
 
If it's "m" close by "e" , that would be ok, reason is their is a lot of car traffic there so not so secluded.
