Will the Duck land on the bobbing bob? Eyeballs for lunch?

Tune in, same bat channel, same bat time!

There's no comparison there ITK. My boat's a 24'CC that is built for speed...as it sounds like yours is. Andy's breathing rarified air...I'm so not worthy.

I think not Chris. You boat with Andy and Mel. I've talked with both of them and I think they're too gracious to pull forum stunts off-forum.

We could hit the sharking grounds and offer up some Mako steaks as an offering to Duck and Abalmuth. Or, depending on what time of year Bob wants to try this - tuna may be on the menu. We will also offer adult beverage - Heineken os Sam Lite is my preferred.

Yeah, leave the kids at home.

I too have have an experience where we were literally singing and dancing one minute and less than 5 minutes later, water was comming over the windshield no matter how slow I went. Luckily we were close to home port so I stayed up top with vest on in the self-draining cockpit while wife and kids took shelter. That was the Hudson, not the Atlantic.

But you go, have your adventure and you'll most likely make it. Before you leave, please PM me your legal name, address and soc sec number...I want to purchase a life insurance policy.

Bob, don't make me go get the picture with the big L on your forehead!

Thanks Mike. You're very intuitive. I choose not to reply any longer to posts that can be misinterpreted, or those that I don't understand.

No eyeballs? Well certainly good sharkin' bait then...a couple of 2000 pound plus Great White sharks have been pulled out of Block Island sound. A bobbing bob might be the perfect bait for a real life Jaws.

But, a large Mako shark would certainly taste better on the BBQ, we'd have to pull Bob out of the stomach first though.

ITK,
Duck cooks up a mean Mako and if its Tuna I bring the Wasbi

Thanks, Dean Wormer, Neidermeyer, Chip, Gregg, and all the other Omega boys for your help and support. Will take your advice and report back on my trip. Probably early summer, maybe in June.

Love, Kent Dorfman

June? Yeah, that could work for me. What liquor store do you all recommend for my pit stop? I'll grab the munchies as well. No vegetarians to worry about? What airport am I flying into?

We'll have to ask Walter if we ca all stay on his boat. ROADTRIP!

I'd advise stopping off in Maine first. They sell quart size Buds for breakfest there.

No can do, my friend. I was raised with a bit of blue-blood, Brother Bud and I don't travel in the same circle!

LGA or ISP, even JFK would work,
There is a bottles & cases (love the sound of that) Liquor about a mile from the boat and we can make it to the SAR area in less than 4 hours.
If we run from the lower helm we won't spill a drop

What is the fundamental problem with this answer? Anyone?
