Sterling Acceptance corp. Dave Trostle--Great to work with, painless.

http://www.tridentfunding.com/ Use Vincent.

He did my first boat, came over on the ferry to meet me at Danfords to sign papers. That's service!

Pay it off! Debt is for liberals!

Essex credit is horrible. I got jerked around so bad I almost didn't get my last boat purchased. Unorganized and incompetent.

A number of good results with these folks....

If considering any bank or credit union please first speak with them about used boat loans, most of them are not prepared to finance boats as a rule and often things will go well until you get to valuing the boat where they have no expertise.

I just went through (well wrapping up) a purchase with Sterling Capital. Worked with Shawn Rogan. Rates were over 1/2 point lower than Essex, and super organized. I'd give him a ring. Started process last week, loan docs are being overnighted to me today and clear to close Friday if I want (relatively large loan, and still went through underwriting quickly)
