Get-Together 2010((CANCELED))

I booked my vacation time for the first week in July and will be in that area all week practicing my elbow maneuvers. I should be real good at it for the Get-Together...

We will be around Alex Bay and Sacketts most of July.

Only thing that will keep us away is if we run down to NYC for the fireworks.
 
Wayne has booked his vacation for the first week of July. July 4th thru the 11th I'm assuming. Are we ready to commit to arrival the 9th/10th and depart whenever? Location Alex bay.

My Holidays have been booked for that time, but I am available to attend any weekend...It's only a couple of hours trip for me...
 
We have just confirmed our vacation plans for the first three weeks of July. Though we will not be in the 1000 Islands area until mid to late second week. We are going from Rideau Lakes->Ottawa->Montreal->Kingston->Rideau Lakes.

Originally had planned to be in the area for July, but we now may be headed to Niagra on the lake/ Youngstown as we have pretty much seen everything in Alex Bay.

We haven't headed West before and don't know the area at all.

Well, I don't to sound critical but due to the fact that, based on your post immediately above, you are trying to schedule an event for 2110 I am not surprised people are hesitant to commit. That is 100 years from now. Maybe try scheduling something for this year, 2010 and more people could commit? ;)
 
Sorry I have been unable to commit, but work has been crazy and I unfortunately cannot schedule a trip that far out right now.

Fully understandable Dana...It was just hard to make plans and reservations at a Marina, or anyplace that we were trying to get into..Keep in touch, as Ray and I are going to be hooking up over the summer, and hopefully you and your Admiral can join us for one time or another..
