We will be moving into Silver #19 right down the dock...

We are only in that spot for the summer. We had the option to stay on the south side but opted to go to the north side. Heard there is less politics over there and one of the guys I went to Captain's school is there. In fact we wound up next to him. We don't use the pool so the north side seemed fine for us.

We are going to be in I10. I8 is open if your interested....

BTW - Congrats on the pending event!
 
Rob, Don, Walter - thinking of actually going to the raftup this year? The LI guys always sound interested during the winter, but as you'll see in the top picture, I was the only one who made it last year! (I was all the way to the left in the diesel exhaust section).

I missed your offer to do some checking for us. However, I certainly appreciate it.

What are they charging for slippage this year? By the foot, I assume?
 
John, you are correct, they talk a good game, but when it comes time to actually show up, they seem to disappear.

You are the only one we can count on!
 
Thanks Rommer... We are staying on the south side as we still have a few friends over there from when we were there a couple years ago and there isn't a whole lot of dock life on the north side.
I know Silver #3 is still available if you change your mind, it's a 40' slip.
If you stay on the north side we can alway do some dingy missions for a visit, and yes there are some politics on the south side but I just view from the rear and usually get a good laugh.
 
Hey Rob,

Yeah, we are coming back. Janine is Prego and due July 27th., so we will use the boat more and be more comfortable being in Haverstraw. It is closer to the hospital and we will be closer to the docks when on the hook in Croton or Bowline.

Couldn't get anything on Green... or Blue for that matter. We are out on Silver.
 
Holy Cow!. Congrats. Awesome news. Brianna will have a friend to play with soon. I thought the slip next to me (finger) was available.

I tried to get on Green but they will not put me there cause my Beam is 11'6". I told them I was there before and they said that I should not have been.. Oh well..I'll just have to watch myself stumbling back to my boat.
