The big head boats are gonna suffer the most.
The 6 pack guys will be ok, there are other species that you can target like trolling for Stripers, but the head boats usually drift fish for fluke.
They are gonna have a tough year.
Glad I dock in NJ, I get to avoid those awful regs when at home.
