Looking for a part!

Nope, I looked into that before I posted for my hunt on this part. That's the SBM2 made by Dotline. Similar to the second picture in my original post.

But thank you for taking the time to help me look.

I did just receive an email from Bob at Beacon Marine. While I have seen this same bracket, slightly different in appearance, as my friend has it on his Viking, Bob tells me that Trojan evidently did make the bracket I posted a picture of and perhaps there are others who have made this same or similar bracket... Bob is going to look and see if he can provide me what I need in am. I will follow up with a close to my quest hopefully soon.
