Lunch Time View Today

No TV needed for THAT sofa. You're one lucky dude Glenn...even though you're torturing fellow RO's!!

Love the photos that you can take with those rear projection cameras! :D

Another lunch view from this trip......Here's some "umbrella art" on South Beach. Sorry about the tilted horizon of the water in the background. The camera had too many mojitos.

You guys should duke it out with photos and see who gets the most votes. I'm undecided!

Lunch View Saturday -
Here is the view of the greenish-blue turquoise waters of Molasses Reef off Key Largo.
(No we didn’t bend the bow rail. It came with the rental boat -- an Angler 230)

The greenish-blue turquoise water was more crystal clear than pool water

More turquoise water.

Thanks to the recommendation of some SFBC people, we also went to sandbar at Whale Harbor Channel off Holiday Isle Resort in Islamorada. Nice place to anchor and enjoy the water. There weren’t any actual raft-ups, but lots of people anchored and enjoying the day. The sandbar probably reached about 40-50 boats by late afternoon.

The green-turquoise water looks clearer than pool water here, too.

Man Glenn, that water is absolutely amazing. I've been down there, but it's been a while and I forget how incredible it is. Thanks for sharing. Looks like a great vacation.

Which photos are you talking about? The ones with the titled horizon from the (rocking) boat? They don't look too blurry, just a litle tilted.

Yes, it was horrible. Boating on those turquoise waters scares the crap out of you when you're not used to seeing the bottom through 30-50 feet of water. You think you're about to run aground, when you're not. I got used to it pretty quick, though. My eyes are still sore from not blinking at South Beach and the pool. [:-bigeyes]
I'm still trying to roll my tongue back in my head after having to deal with seeing all the topless babes on South Beach and at the pool. Absolutely horrendous I tell you! Oh,, the humanity! It's terrible!. We keep going back to try to get used to it. This was our 6th trip there. We'll have to try again soon to see if we can get used to the horrors! :D

Here's a lunchtime shot of The Prez's Fidelity III chugging past the house this afternoon on 2 out of 3. Sounds really sweet (from even 5 miles away) when she's running wide open...

Can't forget the escort boat, either. Somehow I think the bikini beach shots are more interesting... But it WAS lunch...
