Yes (sorry notherners), that IS a koozie around my beer. I think it hit 76 degrees.
Here's a view looking less toward Johnny Fins, but more towards the creek. It's all no-wake zone in here which is a great change from our last marina.
I was there on Lake Travis at that time. We stayed over at the LakeWay Resort and marina. it was a nice 76 degrees.

Bingo....Captiva Island. Close enough. The shell picture was actually taken on Cayo Key - a barrier island just north of Captiva/Sanibel. We also went to Cabbage Key and had a berger at the restaurant. http://www.cabbagekey.com/ Might consider a place down there someday....
