Lunch Time View Today

Bill,
I am not positive yet but I think your pics look a little more tropical and warm than my do! :) That water color is amazing.

And yes- it was a blast to get out in semi-warm weather and enjoy the day on the boat. I almost didn't know what to do with myself. I have grown use to going to the boat in 20-25 degree weather and working in the cold- felt odd to be warm and anchoring out!! :)

Woodsong Nice pics... What is your clearance with the mast? They must have some bigggg covered slips on the TN river.

Jason,
I measured it at one time but I can't remember now off the top of my head. I do know this though- the mast is literally just about an inch or two too tall!! I have to lower it to get into my slip! :(
It is actually very easy to lower it and I am working a way to rig an extension line with some 1/4" line and some D rings that will allow me to lower just a hair to get in, and then pop it right back up.It's either that or take a sawzall to the edge of the dock roof! :)

today's lunch time view, taken a couple of hours ago.

posted with a special thought for our friends up north who are awaiting another foot of snow! :)

I appreciate your thought. They're calling for 18" here in Milwaukee over the next 48 hours...

Enjoy your sunny boat ride and I hope you spill champagne on your pink shoes...

See you in a couple of weeks...

the pink crocs are obviously naomi's and yes, i spilled some when I opened the bottle... :)

Yer Killin' me Pascal! The only thing missing is the Jag sitting in the background. You're my idol. Happy sails!

Pascal no ice around the bottle? And where's the little table with the pate, cornichone, toast points, etc?

I'll be at the Baths in BVI three weeks from today. I'll try to update you with new pics.

Jim

Great pics!

We're heading back north toward the ice (Booo!), after a long weekend in SoFL.

Just try to get there early, it was a mob scene when we were there. Charter guests didn't seem to mind. But not a place I'd want to spend much time.

There is a similar spot close by with a couple of mooring buoys on it that never seems to have any crowds, or like on the day we were there, no boats at all. You might take a look at it.

Definitely not recently, but the first weekend in August coming back across from Chicago to New Buffalo. Sandwich and chips in hand, with a hood ornament!

took a couple shots of San Mateo and Bay Bridges at lunch today. Bay is absolutely calm - like a mirror.
But, I guess I'm stupid because I cannot figure out how to post with the insert picture command.
