Montauk Yacht Club

Montauk is a bargain compared to the Waterfront Marina in Sag Harbor. It's $6.50 a foot plus $39 for electricity. No pool but at least the town is right here.
 
Yeah I have done waterfront. I dock at the dinghy dock. Lol.
 
The town in Sag is very nice. Been there at the Waterfront. What I love about Sag is the extremely rich people there, like filthy rich.
