Walter, only if you violate current law. Recording something and posting it is not illegal. Posting the video and expecting financial renumeration in any form, (such as realtors) or violation of the Federal Air Regulations will land you in deep sh$t. The FAA recently announced that all video posted on the internet can be used to substantiate a violation. For instance, if video yourself over Flushing Bay with a drone would result in an airspace violation and the video would be the proof and could be used to prove the FAA's case. It is up to the operator to insure that what he video records does not in any way violate the FARs. Given the low skill and knowledge level of most drone operators, with regard to the FAR's and the National Airspace system, an unintentional violation is very easy.
