Not sure how that's going to work.

With a very long cable!

"Over the air" TV is limited to about 30 miles since digital became the standard and analog went away. No longer cam you watch a snowy distant signal, it's 100% or nothing.

There are any number of ways of watching TV on a boat but I think you'll find an 8" or 10" screen way too difficult and tiring to watch. Do some serious watching in the store before you plunk down good money on a screen this small.

I installed a Skyworth (as someone else mentioned) in my boat but It's about a 22" or so and I'm watching from six feet away. It runs directly off the boat's batteries and has a built in DVD player.

Remember, if your boat is swinging at anchor, you will have to adjust the rabbit ears each time the boat swings. You may need a true omnidirectional antenna.

I use an omnidirectional antenna. DVD player built into the TV. Both free. Some dock boaters use a dish for TV and spend all their time sitting on the dock, to each his own. Free Wifi at the marina is so limited that using Pandora is challenging, viewing my cameras at home impossible.
Pony up for some kind of wifi hot spot ? Unless I win the lottery I'll spend my money on Tanqueray #10, Crown, and Baileys for my morning coffee, gasoline, slip fees, electricity . . . .
There may be better, other options near bigger cities but not at our marina.
It's all about where you wanna spend your $$$
