New thread idea for the shortest thread ever on BE.

"Anyone getting a slip at SPBM for the first time this coming season?"
 
Can we PLEASE get an update on the dredging???
 
Someone came tried to come into Sea Spray at low tide the other day and grounded. They waited for tide and churned things up good. I thanked them for maintaining the channel. Does this happen at SPBM as well?

I Heard They Have Done All They Plan On Doing.
 
Hate to disappoint but was up vacuuming the boat today and they are busy building docks inside the shop. Unless they plan on selling them to local marinas, I have to assume they will be going in SPBM.
 
The other building where the offices are. You will be glad to know I got the mud up from when they wrapped the boat. I will sleep much better now. Boat is being shown on Monday and it was embarrassing..
 
A lot of people are still waiting to settle with their insurance companies before starting the work. I just got my estimate today I haven't even sent it to BoatUS so I haven't asked anyone to start doing any work I don't have much to do but it's still going to take time to complete and I want to be in come early Spring!
 
If they are rebuilding the docks, dredging must be done. It's only logical.

Hank, dose that mean SPBM is brokering you boat?
 
No. I am the broker. If this goes well, I may rent Haverstarws showroom and open up shop. This traveling into Manhattan everyday is getting old.
 
Hank sounds like a plan! I would love to change jobs and do something I really enjoy like selling boats. Where should I send my resume?
