Ben this is great news! I have been meaning to ask. When are you shipping it and how long do they expect it to take?

You should call the factory and see if they can recommend anyone.

When I shipped mine, I found my guy on U-Ship. You need to be careful and do your homework. Make sure they have insurance, and that the amount you agree on includes EVERYTHING, especially any needed permits.

As I understand, the storm brought a lot of debris both large and small in to shore under the water. What about this garbage on the bottom now in the marinas. In the spring when boats start going in and out, the running gear will find the debris I guess.
 
No doubt this will be an issue. When I moved my boat over to winter store, I first went at dead low with binoculars. Then I moved my boat at high tide. It was a good thing I did because there was a broken piling visible only at low that I needed to be wary of. This just doesnt go for low water marinas but channels and many of the anchorage areas we are all used to being secure in. My suggestion is not to be first going in or out of anywhere. OK Mike, we can now have you mention the dredging work and how that should take care of everything. haha
 
when all that dredging is done, that should take care of the debris problem, right?
 
Dredging?? What dredging? Is someone planning on dredging??? Why is this the first I heard of dredging???
 
Don't forget about the engine blocks around the channel.

Those are not engine blocks. They are mooring blocks for overnight guests.
 
Ben, I dont know if George (Mannmade)checks this site anymore but he had a 43 foot Formula delivered from the factory several years ago. He may be able to give you some advice on haulers.
 
Thanks everyone. The factory has their own trucks that they use for deliveries. They gave me a few suggestions but they're not playing out well.
