It was nice I just wish they had a better turnout.

Anybody get up to the marinas this weekend? Any sign of work being done? I'm hoping to get to work on repairs to my boat I really want to be ready in the Spring. I have to decide if I want to do the waste lines or add it to the list of work I'm having done. I really don't want to pay someone to do something I can do on my own on the other hand this is one of those jobs I'm not looking forward to!
 
Better to do that job when it's nice and cold, cuts down on the nasty smells.

Bring a heat gun to work the new hoses on.

I have to do mine as well. Crappy job.

Ben I stand corrected. It was the FB Page not the website. . . . but, It was posted by the marina.
 
I think so too. I feel like I'm being singled out. I feel bullied.

You know, I looked for the Marina staff at the party on Friday so that I could apologize for my ranting in this thread, but I couldn't find them. Bummer.

It was a post on the Haverstraw Marina Facebook page. Not pointing at anyone specific so I took the liberty of blaming Ben.
 
I would have nominated you John, . . . . but I was thinking of the "old John". Now we should be good for 12 pages.
 
My top three were Ben, John and of course Hogan but given Ben's recent tirades, he appeared to be the obvious choice.
 
We had nothing but good times when we where Haverstraw members, have nothing negative to say about them. One thing you do have to watch out for there is that the docks do get VERY slick when it's cold out. We wintered in water there for a number of years and having a pair of ice stakes for getting around the dock was a real good thing.

If I remember they have real deep water there but I'm sure others will confirm or deny that. ;)
 
Now that SPBM is dredged, THEY have the deepest water on the Hudson.

rommer, aren't you up to 6 boats now?
 
Wow I miss a few hours and I feel I have been gone for weeks. I have no idea what I missed!
