SPBM

Are you sure it's mineral water they were going to use or the water that was backing up from the bathrooms every time it rained. That water has minerals in it too!

Are we back on track?

Leigh, it might help if there was some snow...

We ride the Tug Hill Plataeu, upstate NY (about 1 hour north of Syracuse) which gets an average of 300" of Lake Effect snow anually...

Here are a few pics from a few years ago. 3 day storm dumped 41"...

I have to believe that the snow from 3 years ago is probably all melted by now. I would even bet last years record snowfall is gone.

How much do they have this year?

We had to stay for an extra day and when we finally decided to make our way home it was a single lane on 81 going 20 MPH until we got a few miles from Syracuse. then there was no snow... The funny thing about Lake Effect snow is that it may dunp feet of snow in a 10 to 20 mile wide area and elsewhere there is nothing.

You got that right!

Hogan you are in rare form today! I must say I got a good chuckle thanks I really needed that, it's been a long day.

Must be the lack of daylight...

Or, it could be the fumes from the portable generator that I have running in the trunk of my car...

Mike I do not at all believe that you are running a generator at all..... then again maybe you have changed, and would join the jenny raft-up group in Bowline...

Hogan I just got my new portable Benny your are welcome to come sniff the fumes if you would like. I spent the other day installing a black pipe feed to supply natural gas to for it. I'm ready for the next storm which only means there won't be one:)

Wrong we are only at page 10. Unless that is the feet of water at low tide now available at each of the SPBM docks now that the dredging is completed.....
