What you are missing is the state would have to do the dredging if it turns out they plan to use the yard for staging. This would be a kick a$$ deal for Wayne but this is just speculation I don't have any info or knowledge of this.
 
It would be somewhat ironic if it turns out to be the nicest marina on the Hudson in a few years.
 
Wayne jusT took my $300 deposit on an RV site for the month of August, so I'm happy that I am guaranteed a spot!!

Brewers would not buy a place that has such low water.
