We spent the night on the hook in Still Pond on May 27th. I'll keep an eye on the forums for when you start construction and we'll see if we can work our way up the creek to see your property. I assume there's some water depth near your parcel of heaven? A foot and a half will do for me.
Now...back to MYC's opening weekend...

MiheeH, If you want to talk about a new house general contractor, let me know and we could meet at Dixie Joe's sometime. We worked with Scott Mackie Custom Homes and were very satisfied.

Greg, thanks for the invitation. We're meeting with an architech in Rock Hall next Saturday morning so things may start moving along soon. We bought the property from Hans Bitter who is also a builder and, in fact, will be our neighbor so he's already on the short list but we do want to talk to some other builders as well. We're not staying overnight this Saturday so breakfast at DJ's won't work. Not sure what the schedule will be after the meeting but we'll likely stop by Skipjack Cove to say "Hi!" to some boating friends and then do dinner at the Granary.
