John mentioned Watch Hill on the weekend of the 18th a few weeks ago.

FYI we are planning to head there 17-19 if the weather is good if anyone else wants to meet up there.
 
Whats wrong with this weekend?
Was thinking of heading there this weekend.
Maybe do both!
 
I have a wedding this weekend and the one following that one.

Mark, sounds good, if the weather works out I plan to be there Thursday-Sunday, 16-19th.

The Bay Shore shark tournament was rescheduled to this Saturday due to bad weather a couple weeks ago so if all goes well I'll be doing that this weekend and not the beach.

I got into Watch Hill yesterday afternoon. I'm in D2 with the new boat. Stop by and say hello when you get in.

Wow, I just called and all the 220v slips are already full... Ugh, this summer is just not going my way...

Wow. I didn't think you worked that much during the week let alone on weekends.:-)

That sucks. Can you run on less?

I called to make sure the rest and snack bar are open this weekend. Figuring one dinner in the rest.
 
No, I'm 220v or nothing. She said there are 4 slips left with 110v power. Debating if I want to spend 4 days there with no AC, no hot water, no working fridge/freezer, etc... Originally I was thinking I'd go anyway but now I'm not so sure. I thought taking off the Thursday I'd be fine but I was wrong...
 
Decided not to go, second time this season had to cancel long weekend plans there due to no slips available. I guess I have to go Wednesday!

Sorry you will not be there. This is one instance where a smaller boat works to my advantage.
 
Guess I am not going either :( Went last week and ran the generator in the day slip all day and night
 
Can't you guys run with the reverse Y and split from 2 pedestals.
That get's you power.

Was hoping to see everyone out there but looks like that will have to be some other time.

You need opposite phases to get 220V......I doubt that pedestals next to each other are opposite phases.........but you may get lucky. Bring your volt meter.
