Where is everybody????

I had a dream last night that I was on our boat, woke up and when my dog stuck his nose in my face.

Put the boat to sleep yesterday. Shrink wrap was finishing up when I left.

At least I have 3 weeks yachting in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and the Keys to look forward to starting Dec21st.

Then it's 3 1/2 months of no boating. Depressing time.

3 weeks sounds good to me! where should I meet you:)

Okay, okay so its been a while since I posted! I guess this is NBR, but then again so is most of this thread! I got married in June and I have my first son on the way, due in May! I'm so excited, but ridiculously busy.

Congratulations on both events!!!!!

It's going to be 60 this coming weekend, maybe I'll go out for a ride on Giggity!

Thanks guys, but stuff has just been piling on. Yesterday I had to rush my wife to the emergency room. Turns out she needed 3 liters of IV fluids. She hasn't been drinking because they won't let her go pee when she needs to at work! Or to be fair, when she calls the office it takes them 20-30 minutes to send someone to her classroom. Then today I get another phone call from the hospital saying that she now has gestational diabetes.

I'm so stressed out that ...

...I don't even know how to finish that sentence!

Sound like a candidate for medical leave.

Probably both! All "three" of you are now added to our prayer list down here in FL.

WOW..........

" She hasn't been drinking because they won't let her go pee when she needs to at work! Or to be fair, when she calls the office it takes them 20-30 minutes to send someone to her classroom ".

That sounds like an abusive employer to me. I hope she filed a grievance with her union rep. Not only is it abusive but its disrespectful also.

Ken, congrats on both joyous developments. Best wishes to you, your new wife and baby on the way.

Can you believe those damn petty-ass admins in K-12? Can't even manage to let a preggers teacher with gestational diabetes get a timely damn pee break. (You know that includes a VBG!)

Footloose is tending to his aches and pains from the repairs on the hard - knees, hands, back, and forearms are SORE! But we are making progress. Hope to throw her back in this coming weekend and get her home for the above water line remaining issues.

so far got zincs done, arneson drives oil changed, new plugs in arneson;some glass work on transom, some glass work on bow under anchor, pulled props and shafts for sandblasting and paint....and working on some trim tab issues and hydraulic hose swap outs....chaaaaching. now I need to go soak my hands in peroxide ;-)
