Agree with RAM here... In the middle of bottom prep for barrier coating now. More snow on the way this week yet. May-"ish" is my guestimate.
 
I dropped by my marina on Saturday and found my boat leaning a little. With all the rain and snow melt in northern Ohio I am afraid the ground is getting soft. The marina said they would take care of it immediately. The lean was hardly noticeable but I saw it and want it corrected. If all goes well I should be in around the 15th of April.
 
It's all based on the weather, but we've made it out in the first week in April for 3 years in a row. I have to go knock on wood now...
 
Jeff, have you ever left your boat in Lorain? I swear I've seen it on D Dock of Lakeside.
 
Probably the weekend or two before Memorial Day. Short season, isn't it?
 
No my boat is docked at Holiday Harbor in Huron. Before I bought it the former owner kept it at Sawmill Creek and it was named Intermission.
 
ah. I've probably seen it at CP or the islands then. (I've never been to Holiday Harbor)

I hate white stuff in March...
 
We didn't get the snow, maryk...we got lots and lots of ice...YAY for us!
 
I'm waiting for the official announcement: That Spring has been cancelled.
 
SLW, Spring has been Cancelled.. didn't you get the word yet??? another 4-7" of snow Fri/Sat.. :( Not happy since the BV snow plow team just took our mailbox off again for the 7th time in 10 years... :(

Our Regal was surveyed at Holiday Harbor in Huron when we bought her on 9/12 (yes the day after the 9/11 attacks)
Nice folks at Holiday Harbor they were very helpful. Also, RedDog launched there back in 96 - the weekend I met the Admiral..
The water dropped so low over the weekend, they had to 'sling it' out and set it on the trailer for him.

It so happens that a friend of mine just bought a Turbo-charged PWC, so maybe I'll borrow it and explore Holiday Harbor, just for the fun of it.

He's a VERY good friend. He, and his beautiful wife and two awesome dogs (and a weird cat) on their handsome Regal...

Did I mention that the wife is a gracious hostess and the dogs are well mannered? Heck, I might have even mis-judged the weird cat.
 
Hey SLW...I think I know those people too! They are awesome beyond belief! Their dogs and mine get along famously...especially the younger one
 
Ha, I think I know them too.. I heard he's an alcoholic... tee hee...
but he does have a beautiful wife... *-) and a wild a$$ cat.. yes, 2 dogs.. one can't see very well..
