Easier said than done on my boat. When i start it, yeah, I can listen and hear and know right away if it is running good but once I am up on the bridge with the 2 diesels running, I have no clue what the genny is up to. My only hint is when the wife comes up and says the AC or TV went out.
I sort of wish they had a remote guage panel for the genny on the bridge.
Something show voltage output, RPMs and temp would be awesome!
Never seen that on any boat. I have seen where some boats have a light that shows generator is running.
Nice, but not extremely useful.
