Volunteer has nothing to do with it. If Les doesn't ask for it and your help is forced on him, yes, hostile. One way you could help is to financially support the site. Les has asked for that help.

You guys don't get it, it's not a business and who says it has to be the biggest or most active. My wife used to have a large garden with a lot of different plants. It has recently become too much and she has a smaller garden because she still likes it but doesn't want all the work.

If Les wants to slow down and have a smaller site with less work why should we complain. He isn't complaining about the lack of new sign ups or posts. If you like the site continue to visit. If you want to be on a bigger or more active site they are out there.

Enjoy it for what it is, not what you think it could be or want it to be.
 
Postings are down...yup...But when someone posts a question, they still get their question answered.

Members seem down...Yup...Maybe les is more cautious on who becomes a new member with the e-mail addresses, to avoid hacking as we have had in the past

Not supporting the site because you don't like the politics in NBR is a poor excuse. Its like a strip club. If you don't want to see boobs, don't go in that room.

I support the site yearly, and will continue to do so in the future..
